WikitextMode: "page" | "draft" | "forum-post" | "direct-message"

The context in which wikitext is being parsed and rendered.

Each mode implies a different set of defaults for WikitextSettings. The modes correspond to the places where user-authored wikitext can appear on a Wikidot site.
