Parsing strategy:
Match BLOCK_OPEN + block name "bibliography".
Parse optional attributes (title, hide).
Consume the closing ]] and optional newline.
Loop over the body, parsing each : label : content line via
parseBibliographyEntry(). Whitespace, newlines, and unknown
tokens between entries are skipped.
Stop when [[/bibliography]] is found and consume it.
If no closing tag is encountered, fail the rule entirely.
Convert entries into DefinitionListItem format and emit
a bibliography-block element.
